  2. Provide us with your up-to-date resume in Word format.   If you make any modifications to your resume during the search process, send the updated version to Tomer Search Group.


  3. Candidate Questionnaire

  4. Complete and return the candidate questionnaire to Tomer Search Group with your resume.


  5. Resume Introductory Message

  6. Complete and return an introductory message to Tomer Search Group at your earliest convenience.

    Your message should accompany and serve as an introduction to your resume. It does not need to be lengthy. Once written, an introduction can be easily modified and customized for use when applying to different job opportunities. Introductions should include the following:


  7. A brief synopsis of pertinent qualifications

  8. A value-added statement that relates to the position of interest

  9. An explanation for seeking new employment

  10. An accurate accounting of current compensation broken down into base and bonus
