Cara Myers

Cara began her career at a well-known search firm in 1985. Subsequently, she worked at one of the largest asset managers in the industry, where she interfaced with and recruited investment professionals at all levels. Combining her recruiting talents with her knowledge of investment management, she launched Capital Search Group in 1998 specifically to focus on recruiting for this sector. Her client base includes an impressive list of large- and mid-sized, world-class firms as well as high-end boutique investment managers. Her searches encompass a variety of positions and skill sets, including quantitative analysis, trading, portfolio management, business development and marketing, operations, strategic planning, and investment technology.

As principal of Capital Search Group, Cara has a well-developed network of investment professionals in the Boston area and throughout the country. She can immediately identify and contact active and passive job seekers who are uniquely qualified.
